What is it?

A recruitment system, conceived and developed for employers, effective for any vacancy type, in any sector, which saves time, trouble and money when compared to traditional methods.

How does it work?

By responding to the rapidly changing ways in which candidates are looking for work and using those sources a candidate uses to find a particular vacancy.

By building Talent Pools of candidates appropriate to each employer, and unique to that employer.

By using the Talent Pool as the first source of candidates and as a lead to other candidates, not visibly looking for work.

The ProCognate Group manages the recruitment for each employer; the employer owns the system.

What is a Talent Pool?

It is an employer’s own database of candidates relevant to all, or some of, the roles in the company. All the candidates have the appropriate core skills and have expressed interest in working for the employer. It is just like an agency database, but not shared with anyone else and without agency fees.

Who is ProCognate aimed at?

Any company which wants to fill vacancies in a timely manner, which wants to cut their recruitment costs and which wants to reduce their time spent and involvement in lengthy and irksome screening of CVs and candidate applications.
