Mike Wyatt

A specialist in recruitment planning, process and implementation. His experience is derived from twenty years senior management within the pharmaceutical and engineering sectors, with considerable focus on company and subsidiary start-ups. As the Managing Director of two start-ups, he recruited staff from the top down, from directors to junior posts. As founder of the recruitment consultancy, TNG Associates, he gained seven years' experience of successful recruitment within a number of business and technical sectors.

Jenny Macdonald

Jenny has extensive experience in Management, Business Development and Account Management (B2B, SME and Retail); Marketing (telemarketing, product advertising, and promotion strategy); Recruitment (both as a client and as a consultant); and Change Management. Her experience has been gained from several sectors including IT, Telecoms, Call/Contact Centres, Retail, Manufacturing and the Public Sector. She has worked with both SMEs and blue-chip multinationals.

Dr John Emmett

John has extensive experience in the discovery and development of new medicines and as a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry. After postdoctoral research at Yale University (USA) he joined Smith Kline and French (UK), where he became Head of Medicinal Chemistry. For his contribution as a co-inventor of the blockbuster anti-ulcer drug cimetidine (Tagamet), he was inducted into the US National Inventors Hall of Fame. As a Search Consultant with Euromedica, he recruited pharmaceutical R&D scientists and managers throughout Europe. In 1995, he helped to found TAE Associates a new medical and marketing services company, for which he acted as Managing Director.
