Rebecca Faux
An experienced recruiter, to whom professionalism and integrity are paramount, Rebecca has worked in a number of sectors including Finance, IT, Admin and Hospitality.
Having held director-level responsibility, she is aware of the constraints of time and money in relation to successful recruitment. An understanding of employers’ needs has been developed over twelve years of partnership building with large, small, start-up and well-established companies.
She sees the development of direct employer-candidate relationships, cutting out agencies, as the future for effective recruitment, benefiting both parties to the full.
Lynne Pritchard
A freelance HR consultant since 2000, Lynne Pritchard has a background in both private and public sectors, with experience gained mainly in manufacturing and bio-tech/high-tech industry. She achieved Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2002, following incorporation as a Member in 1992. Lynne is a generalist HR professional with practical hands-on experience of all aspects of human resources management from structured recruitment through policy development and implementation to handling the end of the employment relationship.
Aidan Walmsley
A Human Resources professional, with 19 years’ experience in both strategic and operational roles, mainly in commercial sectors including Engineering, Shipping, Financial Services, IT and Utilities.
He has operated as an employer buying recruitment services, and as a recruitment consultant, and has established his own HR advisory service for SMEs within East Anglia, covering the whole range of HR support. This includes strategies for attracting and retaining staff, the acquisition and transfer of undertakings, and the management of staff issues such as disciplinary activities, sickness absence, terminations and redundancy.
A Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Aidan has also established a professional network group for HR and Training professionals in the Cambridgeshire area.
